There’s nothing quite like growing up in a small town. One small town in southeastern Oregon is proudly celebrating its heritage this year after its original schoolhouse turned 100 years old.

However, the town turned that problem into a brilliant opportunity.

The Taylor family has been serving their own special sausage recipes since 1924, when great grandpa Taylor opened a shop in Canada, before settling in the world famous Farmer’s Market in Hollywood in the 1930’s.
