Governor Discusses Importance of Preserving Oregon Forests

It might be hard to see the imminent dangers from drought and wildfires to Oregon’s forests, especially through all the snow in the trees, but that was at the top of the agenda during Governor Kate Brown‘s visit to Bend at the Western Governors’ Association meeting on Monday.

Central Oregon Daily’s Mackenzie Wilson was at the Riverhouse Convention Center during Governor Brown’s appearance.
