Since opening in 2013, the owners of Oishi Japanese Restaurant in Redmond, Oregon have celebrated their anniversary by giving back to their community. When they started asking around Redmond to see who might be in need, they learned about two little girls who survived a fatal car accident that killed their mother last December.
Central Oregon Daily’s Anyssa Bohanan shows how the business owners are trying to turn a tragedy into “Hope For Bri and Katie.”
The fundraiser is Sunday, July 2 at Oishi in Redmond. All sales and proceeds from silent auction and donations will go to Bri and Katie.
