Supper Club: Housing Challenges Remain for Renters

Hundreds of new apartments have opened up in Bend in the last few months, and hundreds more are on the way. For renters, it’s still a tight market to try to find a place to live. For this week’s Supper Club, Donna sat down with Bend city councilor Nathan Boddie, Bend city staffer on affordable housing Jim Long, and Hasson property manager Melody Luelling, to talk about what’s being done to address the problem.

A special thanks to our Supper Club sponsor, Selco Community Credit Union, for giving us the time and resources to talk about the issues that impact our region every Tuesday night on Central Oregon Daily.
