Supper Club: Supporting the Arts

The proposed federal budget from President Trump would eliminate funding agencies like The National Endowment for the Arts and The National Endowment for the Humanities. That’s reigniting a debate over what the government’s role should be when it comes to supporting arts.

Three members of the local arts and culture community, Ray Solley of the The Tower Theatre, Kelly Cannon-Miller of the Deschutes Historical Museum, and Artist Lisa Marie Sipe, joined Diane Dean to talk about that for this week’s Supper Club.

Supper Club is sponsored by Pine Tavern Restaurant and Great American Furniture Warehouse.
