Supper Club: Art in Public Places

If you’ve spent any time in Central Oregon, you know we are lucky to have a lot of beautiful and unique public art throughout the region. For this week’s Supper Club, Donna Britt sits down with Jody Ward, board member of Bend’s Art in Public Places, Jackie Abslag from the City of Redmond, and Dennis Schmidling of the Sisters Art Association, who are involved in the process of the placement of some of the art you see around the area.

Supper Club is sponsored by Selco Community Credit Union.

Central Oregon Daily’s Anyssa Bohanan followed two artists and the families of two children as they prepared for an emotional unveiling on Friday night in downtown Bend.
