Employers in Oregon now have a new option to provide a retirement savings solution to their employees, and a Bend company is leading the way as part of a pilot program for a state-sponsored plan called “Oregon Saves.”
It gives smaller companies a chance to enroll their employees in a plan without taking on the expensive administrative costs that it takes to run those plans.
