Ridgeview High Holds Traditional Radio Plays

The Ridgeview High School Theater Presents at Ridgeview High School is bringing back the Golden Age of radio this weekend with “Radio Plays 2017.”

The Center Foundation Player of the Game: Jonah Yunker

Opening holes for his backs, disrupting Ridgeview’s rush game, recovering two fumbles, and blocking a pass, Jonah Yunker did it all in Summit High School’s key 34-12 Intermountain Conference football victory over host Ridgeview High School Friday night.
For his effort, the junior lineman earned The Center Foundation Player of the Game honors to help keep the Storm’s post-season aspirations alive.

Culinary Chopped Challenge at Ridgeview October 21st 

Ridgeview High Culinary Arts instructor Brandon Shotwell visits with Central Oregon Daily about Redmond School District’s First Annual High School Culinary Chopped Challenge. Student teams will be competing from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Saturday, October 21 in the Ridgeview Commons. There will be presentations, sampling and awards and the public can vote for their favorite presentation.

Senator Merkley Makes His Case Against Supreme Court Nominee

In the third of his three Central Oregon town halls on Saturday, Senator Jeff Merkley closed out his appearance in front of more than 500 people at Ridgeview High School in Redmond by explaining why he will oppose Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch, whose confirmation hearings will begin on Monday.
